Jude Wates is our Marketing Director, heading up the marketing team and driving growth. Equal parts strategist and cheerleader, she turns data into decisions; setting direction, refining SEO, running paid campaigns, and keeping brands visible across social channels.

A natural connector, Jude thrives on a good natter with purpose – networking, swapping ideas and spotting opportunities that actually move the needle. She’s the one who leaves events with new friends, fresh tactics and three follow-ups already in motion.

Most days you’ll find Jude in her home office, where she’s far more focused away from her husband, Julian (lovely chap—spectacularly chatty). It’s her happy place: strong coffee, tidy tabs, colour-coded to-dos and a laser-focused playlist. It also means she can keep an eye on Nelly, her faithful office dog, unofficial morale officer and frequent Zoom cameo.
