How We're Helping

During this period of uncertainty, we thought we'd show you how we're helping our community.

Through these times of great uncertainty all over the world, you may have experienced everyone coming together in small communities and helping in any way they can get through the COVID-19 Pandemic. In our small local communities in East Sussex, we’re seeing plenty of people adapting what they already do, or by doing something completely different to help others.

This is something that most of us will have never seen before in our lifetimes. We’re seeing a mass community spirit all helping and caring for each other in times of need – it truly is inspiring.

With this in mind, we’d like to show you what we’ve done in the last few weeks to help our clients in whatever way we can to keep them working and their business moving as much as possible.

Green Fig Catering

We’ve been working on Marketing for Green Fig for a while now, and we’ve built up a good connection with the team there. Green Fig approached us a few weeks ago asking if we could help them to setup an ordering system which they could use to deliver to vulnerable people who are isolating.

We were only too happy to help them in whatever way we could to get them up and running as soon as possible. We swiftly created an order form which people could fill in each week. This means people can order delicious pre-cooked meals delivered to their doorstep.

The ordering system has worked well for them in the last few weeks. We’re over the moon to hear they’re getting more and more orders as the weeks go on. It’s really heartwarming to know that we’re part of the team in helping people get food delivered to their door when they need it.

Burts Catering Butcher

Burts Butchers are an existing marketing client of ours. They mainly specialise in providing restaurant-quality meat and produce to restaurants in Sussex, Kent, and Surrey. With restaurants prohibited from closing, they came to us asking if we could create an order form to help them extend their delivery to homes across the South East.

We were keen to help them extend their client base and start delivering to customers at home. We set up an order form for them which also allows them to accept payment through PayPal.

Community Oven

Community Oven is a mobile pizza oven who aim to bring people together through food in the local community and reducing social isolation. As a result, this business is perfect for helping bring communities together during this time. However, with social distancing measures in place for the foreseeable future, Community Oven got in touch with us to see if we could help to set them up with an online order form that customers could complete for contact-free delivery.

We helped set them up with an order form, which you can find here. They now deliver freshly-made, delicious pizzas every Wednesday and Friday to Heathfield and surrounding areas.
