What we did

New website in 2025

We designed and launched a bespoke, responsive website in 2025. The build focused on a clean structure, clear navigation and fast loading on mobile and desktop. We simplified key user journeys, such as finding a service area and making an enquiry, and improved accessibility with readable typography, clear colour contrast and logical heading levels. Technical performance was a priority, so we optimised images, implemented caching and refined code to support stronger Core Web Vitals and better conversion rates.

Search engine optimisation

We carried out a technical audit to resolve broken links, tidy redirects and strengthen internal linking so that important pages are easier for users and search engines to find. On page optimisation was guided by keyword research across core practice areas, with tailored title tags, meta descriptions and structured headings. We expanded service copy to answer common client questions and added schema where appropriate to enhance visibility in search.

Paid media

We set up always on Google Ads to capture high intent legal searches in the local area, using tightly themed ad groups, relevant ad copy and practical extensions such as call and sitelink extensions. Budgets and bids were aligned to the most valuable services, with negative keywords to reduce waste. Alongside this, we ran Facebook and Instagram campaigns to reach specific demographics and interests, promoting timely messages that supported priority services and seasonal topics.

Social Media

We introduced a consistent content plan that covered news, guidance pieces and service spotlights, all mapped to client needs. Posts were scheduled across platforms at times that matched audience behaviour, with community engagement to build local visibility and encourage conversation. We aligned social content with website updates, so that posts clicked through to relevant landing pages and helped turn interest into enquiries.

Measurement and reporting

We implemented GA4 event tracking for all key enquiry actions, including contact form submissions, tap to call and email clicks. UTM tagging was standardised so that every campaign could be measured accurately. Monthly reports highlight traffic, conversions and cost per enquiry, and include clear recommendations for the next set of improvements, such as new landing pages to test, search terms to add or exclude, and creative updates for social ads.

So what are the results?

For this case study, we decided to look back and compare their monthly figures to their previous year. We’re pleased to say that all of our work has had positive impacts on their SEO rankings and their website traffic, even during the lockdown months of the pandemic.

• Website traffic up 18% versus the same period last year.
• GA4 key event conversions up 61%.
• By the end of November 2025 they had already exceeded the total number of enquiries received in the whole of 2024.

Ongoing partnership.

We continue to manage Facebook Ads, Google Ads, organic marketing and social media posting. Rankings for relevant terms have improved, social engagement is stronger, and more visits now convert into real enquiries.
