The Challenge

While Wishtower had a strong operational reputation, their digital performance needed support to reflect this. The business lacked:

Our Strategy

From the outset, our priority was to ensure Wishtower had the tools in place to understand how their website was performing and, critically, how visitors were interacting with it. We began by setting up Google Analytics 4 (GA4), configuring key conversion events such as mobile click-to-call actions, contact form completions, and email link clicks. These insights allowed us to establish a clear benchmark and create visibility into how users were converting into enquiries; vital data for any growing property management business.

Next, we focused on strengthening the overall structure and performance of the website. We conducted a full audit, identifying and fixing broken links and adding a consistent internal linking strategy across key pages. This created a stronger page hierarchy, ensuring search engines, and visitors, could more easily navigate the site. By reinforcing the most valuable service and location pages with internal links, we helped increase their authority and relevance.

With Wishtower’s geographic expansion into Brighton and Croydon, it was crucial to create dedicated landing pages that reflected their new office locations. We didn’t just stop at the main towns; we also devised a location-based content strategy to include surrounding areas. This approach ensured that potential clients searching in nearby suburbs or commuter towns would still find a tailored page highlighting Wishtower’s services in their area.

Finally, we established a content plan that would position Wishtower as a trustworthy and knowledgeable voice in the industry. We created and published regular monthly blog posts designed to inform, reassure and engage Wishtower’s core audiences, whether that be retired leaseholders or time-poor commercial property owners. Each blog focused on relevant property management topics, in a style consistent with Wishtower’s values: clear, approachable and professional.
